The students of the area have to go to MC, Academy School and College and various educational institutions far away with great difficulty, ignoring winter, summer and monsoon, for secondary and higher secondary education. In this situation, it is essential to establish an educational institution to create opportunities for secondary and higher secondary education in the village. It is to be noted that since Handirpar, Phulbari village is well connected with other surrounding villages and large areas of the municipality, there is an urgent need for an educational institution here for the benefit of all the students in the area. It is worth mentioning that my childhood was spent in this land where my village, my birthplace, the memory of my ancestors is entangled. I grew up with the affection of everyone. So I have a lot of dreams about this area. The school is the first step in that dream. Realizing my duty to this land and people, I have established this institution. Its success depends on the cooperation of all of you. A well-educated and many experienced principal have been appointed to run the institution and to make it a quality educational institution soon. A 4-stored building with 28 rooms has been constructed as infrastructure. All the furniture, lights, sanitation system including all the furniture of the school has been completed. Skilled and experienced teachers have been provided. I hope that well-educated and morally-minded skilled good citizens will be created in the houses of this area who will be able to give proper leadership in running the country and the reputation of the area will increase. I wish the overall support of all classes of people in this area young and old. I want the blessings of all. You can trust this school. Jalil Chowdhury Secondary School (JC School) is being run with great reputation under "Jalil Chowdhury Institute of Education and Research". The founding chairman of the organization Mr. Md: Abdul Jalil Chowdhuri has established the school in the academic year 2019 with high hopes for the expansion of quality education in the region. Next year 2020 AD: In the academic year, a high quality KG school is going to be integrated with the secondary school. Mr. Abdul Basit Chowdhury, the sixth brother of Mr. Abdul Jalil Chowdhury has donated land in the name of College for the establishment of Higher Secondary and later Degree College on the same campus. Boys and girls from all walks of life in the region will have the opportunity to study here from primary level to graduation. Respected resident of the area, Mr. Abdul Jalil Chowdhury has left the world in less than a year by establishing an educational institution with full hope for the people of his birth place (Inna lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji'un).
